Summer Roundup Trail Run 12K - Showing off an award The first 600 pre-registered runners will receive a technical T-shirt on a first come, first serve basis. The choice of a short sleeve or long sleeve is available in some sizes but not all. We can not guarantee race shirts or sizes race week. Therefore, we encourage you to register early! Once the shirts are taken the entry fee will be reduced to $15.

Awards
All finishers will receive unique medals as recognition of their accomplishment. Awards will be presented to the top ten Overall male and female finishers, the top five Masters male and female finishers and to the top 3-5 male and female finishers in each Age Division (age groups with larger numbers of runners will go four or five deep).

Summer Roundup Trail Run 12K - Awards

The depth of the age group awards is based on the number of registrations in the age group, as follows:

  • 35 or less registrations: 3 deep

  • 36-49 registrations: 4 deep

  • 50+ registrations: 5 deep

Age Divisions are: 0 - 14, 15 -19, 20 - 24, and then continuing in 5-year groups.

Precedence of awards will be Overall, Masters and then Age Division and there will be no duplication of awards. That means a person who receives an Overall award will not be eligible for a Masters award and neither Overall nor Masters recipients will be eligible for an Age Division award. Also, the Age Division awards will be adjusted to account for those who receive Overall and Masters awards.

Awards will be presented at 8:30a.m. in the refreshments area.
